Government Degree College Kangan has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the provisions of the POSH Act, 2013 for the academic session 2026–2027. The committee has been formed to address and redress complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace.

The composition of the ICC is as follows:
