Government Degree College Kangan has constituted an Anti-Ragging and Discipline Squad in accordance with the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. The Squad is entrusted with maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and ragging-free campus environment during all academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities, conducted both offline and online.

The Squad actively monitors student conduct to prevent any form of ragging or indiscipline and is empowered to take prompt and appropriate action against violations, including physical, verbal, or psychological harassment, intimidation, or any behaviour that undermines the dignity of students. It also undertakes preventive measures through regular interaction, awareness programmes, and vigilance to promote a culture of mutual respect and accountability on campus.

All complaints are addressed in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner within a stipulated timeframe, ensuring protection of the complainant’s privacy. The names of members are as follows:
